The intensely fruity variety of cacao found in Las Lomas, a small region in northern Piura, Peru, owes its exceptional aroma to the rich, dry soil where the cacao trees grow, obtaining all the energy they need to produce their fruit.This powerful chocolate is the result of a subtle blend of Criollo and this rare white cacao bean. An acidic chocolate with notes of fruit.
